I needed a nail repair and redo after 3 weeks of traveling. I found this salon by searching online, reading reviews, and looking for a place near to the old city where I was staying while in Antalya. I had my Turkish friend make the appointment. I had a little trouble finding the salon after navigating there with my smartphone, but when I asked a nearby merchant for help with the specifications of the address, he motioned that I had to walk up 2 flights of stairs. Elena and I didn't chat much as she speaks Russian and Turkish and very little English, but we were able to communicate through a translation app on my phone. She used all sterilized tools and proceeded to give me the best gel manicure I've ever had. Not only did she work on my nails, but also trimmed my cuticles and buffed the skin on my finger tips so that they looked very elegant when she was done. Her price was comparable to what I pay in the US and she tried to tell me I overpaid when I included a nice tip. I'd go there again... if only she worked in my town! read more
