Erbil was very kind and helped me undress and get on the bed. The massage obviously has slight pain during but my body felt 150x better instantly afterwards! I booked in for the following two days. My swelling has reduced drastically and instantly and my body is much more comfortable. I would recommend to anybody in need of a massage after similar procedure to not hesitate. I have been few in different cities in Turkey and Onay Hamam is the best one I had so far. For starter its quite clean. Its not packed with people at every corner, that is most welcomed. Staff is nice and helpful, but not too close which is also appreciated. I noticed that staff accepts the fact that not all of their guests are comfortable in standard hamam settings and respect to your 'likes' and ' dont likes' This is not a tourist teaser hamam. I have only seen locals in there, and very few foriegners along with locals. its not common to rush things in there, just like other spa's; so take your time. Men and Women has seperate units. Enjoy

The different swwimming pool and the beach are very clean and you have a lot of deckchairs. Different bars are open during day and night with an excellent service.
