Please be aware that if you use these people that they will not honour their promises. The team at their head office are just crooks. Their customer service is non-existent once they have taken your money. My wife had a tattoo done in Oba, Turkey in 2019. The tattoo turned out to be a disaster. We reached out to the studio the week after it was done and then again at 3 months. They said that they would be opening a studio in London in 2020 where they could repair the mess they made. Then Covid started and nothing (understandably) happened for around 2 years. Once Covid had died away, I reached out to them on numerous occasions and they chose to ignore me. After 12 months I eventually got a response. I was in Rhodes at the end of August 2023. I offered to go there as they have a salon there but they deliberately ignored my email and pretended it never turned up- even though they managed to answer subsequent emails sent to the same head office address from my work email. After I showed their head office the conversation I had with their studio in Oba (confirming they would sort it out here in the UK) the idiots at their head office decided that I had to go back to Oba to get this repaired- why would I travel from the UK to repair a £160 tattoo? You can guarantee the artist who did it no longer works there- not that I would want him anywhere near my wife again. Why is a company as large as Cleopatra (allegedly the largest tattoo co. in the world) not giving me back my money? I wouldn't mind so much but I spent over £2000 (GBP) with them over 13 months Every time I was offered a solution to this problem these snakes moved the goal posts. I have wasted too much time arguing the toss with these fools so it's easier and more cathartic to warn others of their actions Don't say that you haven't been warned.

Very quick, painless and professional Pricier than some tattoos I've heard of but worth the money…read more Staff friendly and very chill and experienced and can have a good laugh with. Provided transport from hotel and had other customers with me from Amsterdam who came back here for another tattoo, very elite place.
