The salon in the Blue Lion Suites, you can park in a *usually empty* parking garage and hop right on into the salon. Her suite is off a quiet hallway allowing for maximum relaxation. I appreciate the ambient lighting and the calm atmosphere. Lindsey is SO funny and really makes getting waxed a pain-free experience (yup, every *there*). She is extremely professional and the space is clean, and free of clutter. I've gotten a facial from here as well and it was heavenly. She explained each step of the process. I think the things I appreciate most about Triple Threat is that Lindsey DOES NOT UPSELL. She doesn't push and prod into expensive products, or more services. If I have questions or needs she is certainly standing at the ready with her immense knowledge of skin care, don't get me wrong, but I like that I don't feel "sold" when I leave.

Angeles has redefined washing hair. Anything else is just squirting water on your hair and rubbing soap in it. Her hair wash and hair cuts are a personalized service experience and a true treat. I'm a guy with short hair and used to go to the chain places. There's nothing special about my hair or how I get it cut. I used to think that way... Not anymore. Now getting my hair washed and cut is a therapeutic spa treatment. It's an experience, a relaxing experience and how I will get my hair cut from now on. So, if she does amazing sugaring and hair cuts, might as well try a facial. Right? OMG! I'm really at a loss for words. I seriously don't know what to say here that does her Justice. She was not delicate, and seemed that she was just wanting to finish her shift and get out of there. I am having to apply lotions and oils to avoid having a disgusting scar under my eyebrow... it was not the heat of the wax, it was not an allergic reaction it was how aggressive she was when ripping the paper off my eyebrows. Definitely will never go back to this benefit brow bar...

I was looking for some repair done on my past wrapped loc extensions. I recently cut them and the…read moreends started to unravel. I filled out a consultation form in hopes that she could re-wrap my ends. Reecie informed me that she could just crochet them back together. I booked the appointment and she was very nice and professional. After repairing, she showed it to me and then wash and retwisted my hair, and even gave me a nice style. All was great. After a week, I took down the style and I noticed that the ends started to unravel again, most likely as a result from her washing it. I contacted Reecie and she was happy to fix them. She even offered to give me another style when she was done . I was satisfied. However, when she repaired them, she DID add hair to the ends and tried to match my hair color but it looked tacky and she didn't ask me or consult me about it as she was doing it. It was evident which ones were repaired because it didn't look seamless. Also, there were other areas of my head that she could have addressed, but didn't offer me any solutions, care tips, or offer to help fix those things as well. I asked for loc repair and she could have addressed all areas of my locs that needed repair. I feel any stylist you go to would want you to leave their salon with your hair in good condition. It just felt as if she didn't care. Another week has passed, and I washed my hair and the ends are back unraveling!! If I pay for a service, I expect it to be long lasting and the problem to be resolved. I really feel I wasted my money and paid for something that was only good for one week. I usually do my own locs and considered regularly visiting Reecie, but I am quite disappointed and don't think I will. There was another review on here with a similar problem about her loc repair not holding up and I should have listened.
