I was staying at the Hilton Hotel that is connected to this spa with my family when my mom and I…read moredecided we wanted to get the fish kissy foot treatment at this spa. We were able to easily to make an appointment for the fish foot treatment (even though we made it last minute on a Saturday), which was great. My mom and I were really looking forward for our time at the spa, but it did not go as well as planned.
When my mom and I arrived at Ni'mat we were in clothing and not bathrobes. We did not know that we needed to be in bathrobes, as the hotel front desk workers did not tell us that. The woman with blonde hair who works at the spa made it seem like the biggest deal ever that we did not have bathrobes on. When we asked her if the spa had any bathrobes we could borrow, she pretended that they did not and that she had to go out of her to get bathrobes for us. However, when we went to the changing room to put on bathrobes, there were like 50 spare bathrobes. Therefore, this lady was clear lying to us for no reason and she was being very mean and rude.
My mom and I had nice time relaxing at the spa before our fish foot treatments. We sat on comfy couches and just relaxed. The spa is great fruit and veggie water and very delicious. There are also great fruit platters, and the fruit platters are free!
The fish foot treatment was amazing. It lasted about 30 minutes and it was $40 for two people, which was not bad at all. However, they do not clean the fish tank in between clients and my mom and I found that to be very gross.
Overall, neither my mom nor myself had a great experience here and it is sadly not a spa I recommend you go to:
