My daughter and I went here for the fish treatment on our feet on the last day of my trip to Copenhagen
Really really want to give this more stars because I loved the little fish biting at my feet during the fish spa treatment and it was reasonably priced and fun, but I can't... Here's why....
I made a reservation at the front desk of the Hilton and was not told we should wear our robes to the treatment. I've been to many many spas and never ever have I been to one when you enter wearing a robe. Anyway, so we walk into the spa and this woman with a lot of very long blonde hair asks us why we don't have our robes on and I told her we just didn't know to wear them but we also already checked out the hotel... She proceeds to explain that it might be a problem getting us a robe and even if they did, they don't really have a changing room.. So I explained that she should call the front desk and they will bring a robe and my daughter and I can change in the bathroom.... She walks away, comes back and asks us to follow her.. And then not only do we pass multiple bathrooms, but she leads us to a changing room with about 14 robes hanging up. I thought this was rude and ridiculous.
Besides that we had fun. Delicious tea is served. Flavored water and fruit. We sat and waited our turn in comfy chairs.
Oh, and one more issue... They don't change the water in between treatments. I've only done this fish spa thing once before at the hard Rock in Punta Cana, that's a ten star, there they changed the water and the fish actually between guests... So, again, not sure what is standard in Europe... But... Sorry three stars because it wasn't clean enough and staff is lazy and rude. read more
