No proper spray tan ventilation, the spray tent was coated in a layer of spray tan like it was never wiped down and cleaned. The walls and ceiling were also stained with the spray tan. Now to the spray, the solution that was used is pretty decent, a good color and nice smell. The application is the problem here, half of my legs were missed and my knees completely blotchy with unevenness all over my legs. When I sent a picture to the spray tech, she originally said she didn't see what was wrong when it's clear in the pictures. I then circled the areas and sent it back. I was told to put baby power on my creases ... which wasn't the issue at all and no amount of baby powder can fix a bad spray. Very inexperienced spray tech. I would avoid at all cost.

I know blonde is hard to get but I feel after a bunch of times bleaching it (every few months) I would of got close to the color I wanted already. I was looking for an ash blonde color! (my original color is brown) . I called and was scheduled with Ashley. She did such an amazing job to my hair and I absolutely LOVE it! just that one day she basically got the color corrected to what I have been patiently awaiting for! She just chopped it up and now I have to cut my hair to my shoulders because that's where she started to try and give me layers. And the lady that cut my hair was pleasant, she took her time. Although I showed her a picture before of what I wanted done, she did it, but not exactly how I wanted my hair but it was pretty similar. So far that I am giving 4 stars. Only because my hair is a LITTLE shorter than what I wanted it to be and not exactly how I wanted it be. It's similar but I'm happy with the end result anyhow, after all, my hair will grow back and my hair does look really pretty now so for that I am thankful. P.S the hairstylist that cut my hair was named Jenine. Wonderful woman, pleasant to talk to.
