I've been going to Justin for YEARS! I got my first haircut with him years ago when he was at another high end professional salon chain. He'd been cutting and styling hair and was even a top level educator there. He finally went out on his own (as he should with his talent!), and naturally, I followed him! He's been building his own independent salon since, putting a lot of effort into doing it well - water/soda/beer available, cool beats playing, all in a nicely decorated, comfortable space. More importantly, Justin is meticulous with his haircuts, blending different techniques with a keen eye, always considerate and listens carefully to what I'm looking for. He never rushes me or my haircut, making sure it's cut to perfection before I leave his chair. Just like Ashley (the previous reviewer) said, Justin gives a terrific, relaxing scalp massage while he's washing your hair. I've never had any other hair stylist come close! Justin Price is a master of the pixie cut. End of story! Just kidding- the story continues. Justin is awesome. I've had some variation of a pixie cut (long bangs! short bangs! asymmetrical! undercut!) for 4 years now and Justin has styled my hair for almost as long. It's hard finding somebody that can keep short hair feminine, but Justin is exceptionally talented at this. I'm also pretty bad at describing what I want, but somehow he's able to perfectly understand what I'm trying to say and give me a haircut that's exactly what I'd had in mind. He was referred to me years ago by another pixie-clad friend and I'm more than happy to recommend him to anyone else looking for a stylist that can be trusted with very short cuts. His salon is clean, comfortable, and well decorated. He keeps a mini fridge stocked with yummy drinks (of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic nature!) and always has good tunes playing and good conversation to offer. read more

Justin fixed my BOTCHED pixie cut!! I went to a "high end" salon and walked out with an unfinished and uneven haircut-devastating considering I didn't have too much hair to spare. I found Justin recommended for pixie cuts and was able to book an appointment right away. He was very kind and easy to talk to and has a really comfortable set up. He asked plenty of questions about what exactly I was looking for and explained what his plan was before he started cutting. He was very attentive to every detail. He really took his time to make sure my hair was not only salvaged but AMAZING! This is what I was hoping for in a pixie cut. Justin has created a calm, relaxing, and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. From the wine/beer/soda to sip while you experience an incredible hair washing (complete with scalp massage and incredible smelling products) to the great conversation, you will definitely relax and enjoy your time with him. I have been cutting my own hair for years. After I decided to grow it out long, it became too much so I decided to let someone else try to tame it. I'm so glad I did. Justin is great.
