Her prices are reasonable and I was in and out in no time at all. She definitely has talent and I highly recommend her. Additionally she only takes one appointment at a time which I really liked because it was quiet and she was able to focus on me with no distractions. Anyone with gray-resistant hair knows this doesn't last more than a couple of shampoos, especially a seasoned "hairdresser." She left the entire back section of my hair gray and charged me three times for permanent hair color (see attached pictures from NY salons). She did the same to my husband. Furthermore, I paid over one thousand dollars to have full extensions in my hair--three full bundles. Heidi cut each extension in half so she could have leftovers for other patrons, never giving me my portion of the extensions back that I paid for--leaving my hair thin, with hardly any bulk. The worst hair extension job I have ever gotten from Great Lengths, which I am reporting to the Company. She never asked if it was all right with me to cut the bonds. She's a tricky one. I paid Heidi for a Brazilian hair straightener for the summer; it didn't last three weeks in the spring, yet I paid for a "true" Brazilian Straightener. Please see the attached pictures. I am out thousands of dollars. I gave Heidi a choice to reimburse me for the hair color, but she refused, so I decided to write out all the services she had stolen from me. Buyer beware. * This is not an upscale salon, yet I'm getting ripped off from a rinky dink haircutting place! The nerve of this woman!
