She called me back almost immediately after I left a message and was very understanding when I spoke to her. When I met her, she was so kind and made the time to make sure I felt good about how I looked. She understood my hair type real well. It's sleek, dark, and never ever holds a curl. She made my curls really tight when I left, and when it was time to get photographed, they turned out loose and wavy (beautiful!). My makeup was excellently done, not too much, nor too little. You can really trust her to look your best! Thank you Elizabeth!

She was an absolute delight to work with, and went above and beyond for us in every way possible. From even our very first interaction via email, Micaela was quick and thorough in her response. She always thoroughly answered any questions I had, and in a timely fashion (less than 24 hours in most cases). We set up a consultation a few months out, and she took the time to go over with me exactly what I wanted and the look I wanted to achieve for my big day. She took the time to make suggestions to my mom on what might look best on her, and even offers free MOB makeup application as an extra incentive for her brides. She was very sweet, and accommodating during our original meeting. Fast forward to the week of the wedding, we ended up getting married during the worst snow storm of the year. Needless to say, there were a few things that didn't go according to plan. Micaela worked with us, and was so sweet and accommodating the whole time! She made it out the day of the wedding to our location (which we moved last minute) even with the roads being covered in ice! Talk about going above and beyond! The whole time she was there, she tried to calm my nerves and tell me everything was going to be ok. She was so amazing! In terms of her actual hair and makeup service, she is an absolute pro! I loved my hair and makeup, along with the rest of the bridal party and the MOB! A bride should feel like she is her most beautiful the day of her wedding, and I felt just that. The airbrush makeup she used stayed on all day and night, even after trekking through the ice and snow, and being outside with a light drizzle taking pictures. I felt absolutely beautiful the whole day and night! I would highly recommend Micaela for your hair and makeup services. She is reliable, accommodating, sweet, and exceptionally talented.

She fixed anything I had a qualm with. There was no push back which was so refreshing. I've worked with other stylist who have told me, "No, we can't do that." She is extremely professional and the space is clean, and free of clutter. I've gotten a facial from here as well and it was heavenly. She explained each step of the process. I think the things I appreciate most about Triple Threat is that Lindsey DOES NOT UPSELL. She doesn't push and prod into expensive products, or more services. Rita threading just happens to be the closest location to my house. With the rave reviews, I had to check it out myself. Let me echo what people have said already. It's eyebrow threading - how can you elevate that activity to the next level? Honestly, I have experienced threading that produced a little tear in my eye - it's almost inevitable since you're getting your hair pulled from the root. Rita works wonders by making the whole process painless. She was so gentle and meticulous at the same time. After the threading, trimming, and plucking, my eyebrows were shaped beautifully. This was a last minute add-on, but Rita was able to remove my nose blackheads with wax. My nose looks awesome!!! I can't believe I've been missing out on this my entire life. No doubt about it - I'm returning soon to get this done again. This may not be as obvious, but Rita also does makeup and hairstyle, including weddings. Simply send her your inspiration so she is prepared ahead of time. In terms of appointments, I initially called, but it is easier just to text her. I highly recommend seeing her.
