Well, I have been to the salon twice now and each time it was a disappointment First appointment I was booked for highlights with base color to cover roots and was told by stylist upon arrival... Oh, I won't have time to do both ... I can maybe just do your roots so they were done and just an ok job... I decide to give them another try and try a different stylist since I was not happy with the last.I get there and it takes 3 hrs for root touch up and I was up charged even over what I was told.... After 3 hrs for my roots , I was told $55 for color and $15 for shine treatment and it still came out to $84!!!! I will not be going back and don't recommend this salon. read more

I am terminally ill and was upfront with Stephani about the fact that I get recurrent pneumonia and am hospitalized frequently for being ill. Three weeks ago I went into complete respiratory failure, had 7 liters of fluid on my lungs, was full of pneumonia and coughing up blood. I was fighting for my life in the hospital. After I got out of the hospital I called to make an appointment, but after two weeks of getting the runaround I get a nasty message from Stephani, explaining how she has a business to run. She could care less how sick I am, expected me to come in sick which would expose everyone to pneumonia and since I am on oxygen 24/7 sometimes I can't leave my house for more than a 1/2 an hour. I cannot help that I am sick. She has no compassion and it's cruel not to mention wanting to expose other clients to pneumonia. How nice. People that treat others that are dying and could care less have no business in a service profession. She clearly only cares about herself. How sad, cruel, and pathetic. read more

I have heard these women say such mean things, I will never go there again. There is no professionalism at their business which is sad because it's a really beautiful salon. :( read more

Called in the morning to get an appt later that day. Was told the specials were 45 for 1hr 65 for 1.5 hrs. Had a great massage but when I went to pay I was told 90 dollars for my 1.5 hour massage and they charge $10 extra for deep tissue. When I questioned the price vs what I was told over the phone I got attitude. No where on their website or when I called did anyone say there was an extra $10 charge! What salon charges extra for deep tissue, that's what a Swedish massage is! She didn't charge me the $10 and gave me the massage for what I was quoted but what's with the attitude? Poor customer service and $10 lost them a customer. read more

I went in for a shellac manicure. After feeling put out because no one seemed to be interested in doing the work, Nicole finally agreed, Unfortunately for me, she was obviously inexperienced! She did not seem to know what she was doing and she made a diabolical of my nails! I asked for a shellac manicure and I found out that does not mean shellac and a manicure. The manicure was an additional fee! Cuticles are a whole separate deal! I spoke to the manager and she is the one who told me about the additional fee. I would have "complained" to the manager, however, she was busy doing her own nails and visiting with a sales rep. So, beware! Be sure to inquire about services SPECIFICALLY before you agree to have services done! If you are satisfied with poor customer service, perhaps this salon is for you. I, on the other hand, will never return!! read more

I love this Salon! Everyone there is so nice and caring. My hair stylist Jane is fantastic and my nail tech is great and my estitician is good and very knowledgeable! If I need special pricing I ask and they help! They alway try to accommodate my schedule and I am never disappointed! FYI I have never gone anywhere and gotten a shellac that included a manicure. I went in to get a quick cut to get all of the split ends cut off of my hair. I explained how I was on lunch so I just wanted to get in and out. They were great at getting me out in a timely manner, however with that I was very disappointed in my hair cut. My stylist essentially just cut off some ends and didn't do any of the layering I asked. It was a basic haircut I should have paid $15 for but instead paid $40. I will not be going back. read more

Once in a while they have special promotions at night that are excellent and are usually ways to help you relax and unwind. Great customer service. They always make me feel welcome. I have really thick hair and have struggled for YEARS with bad hair cuts. I am so very excited that I finally found someone. Jane Caldwell at Salon Nevaeh is AMAZING! The first time I went in I was scared of getting my hair cut. (years of walking out the door then crying in my car because it looked so bad) I took a picture in of how I thought I wanted it cut. Jane looked at the picture looked at my face and explained to me why I would end up hating the hair cut because it wasn't flattering to my face. I love that she was honest and wants to help her clients look their best. She cuts your hair dry which was totally new to me but it makes more sense because i don't know many people that walk around with their hair soaking wet. The ONLY reason Jane doesn't get a 5 is because of her assistant. The shampoo and scalp massage is usually my favorite part about going to a salon but not with this girl doing it. the back half of my hair wasn't even wet (good thing I didn't have color that needed rinsing!) it took her about 45 minutes to blow dry my hair which caused my hair cut appt to be late. So go see Jane, go with your hair clean and dry and you will be happy! read more
