She said we're really busy and she seemed to be in a real rush. There's only two of us here. I told her I wanted to cut. She asked me if she had to shampoo it and I said yes. After the I've ever had in my life by a cut it in less than five minutes and I said you're already done and she said yes do you want it and I said which I was shocked I had to say yes to she blew dry it. The whole thing was done the cut shampoo and blow dry all within 15 minutes and at the end, when she showed me the outcome, I was flabbergasted. It was terrible. My hair was still damp. It was still frizzy and not straight from the blow dry and the bangs were like turned onward. I told her I wanted them straight or to the side and they were too short for that she did a terrible job. I will never go back there again and I never should've tipped her. I did that only because I feel like rude not to tip people, but I tip much less than I normally would, but I was completely disappointed and shocked. I've never had such a poor cut or been rushed so much in my entire life I will never go back to that place.

About 1 year ago I started seeing Joseph Richard for my back issues from being a full-time…read morehairstylist. My shoulders were tilted forward and my posture was completely off alignment and I was hurting. After my first session Joseph explained to me what I needed to be doing at home to help fix the problem in between my appointments with him. I did exactly as he told me and within a couple weeks I started seeing huge results and feeling myself again. During each session he would explain to me how I ended up in such bad shape. He gave me more of a clear understanding of what exactly he was doing to my muscles and why it is important to continue doing what I'm doing at home for strengthening. Visiting him every 4 weeks for regular maintenance to adjust my muscles and release my fascia has been keeping me going as a full-time stylist. I'm so grateful he knew what was wrong with me and helped me fix an extremely painful situation. Also, I once had a haircut done by Kaitlyn and I can easily say she gave me the best hair washing experience I've ever had to the point I'm considering just booking her on random occasions when I need a deep clean wash. The space is beautifully decorated and I like the lounge area (there's one downstairs and upstairs). You can enjoy coffee, tea, sparkling water and a granola bar while you wait for your appointment. Have never had an issues with the front desk, they've always been polite and kind to me!
