I scheduled with Taylor B. and confirmed my appointment (for 02/08/21) with her 2 days before. I was so excited to finally get my hair done, especially because Valentine's Day was coming up. Unfortunately, my appointment was cancelled HOURS before and was told I couldn't be rescheduled until the day AFTER Valentine's Day. Keep in mind this is the day after the Super Bowl. All I can say is that this was unprofessional and dishonest. This is supposed to be a new and upcoming salon, and unfortunately I will never schedule or refer any of my family or friends to this salon. I asked for a brochure and other basic questions, etc. To say the least I won't patronize this establishment and good luck with such poor introduction.
