Honestly, she surpassed what I had hoped for by a long shot. I haven't felt this pretty in a long time; my hair looks and feels so much healthier. It is bouncy, easy to style, and complements my face shape beautifully. I already have another appointment setup to start a color correction process. She also used high quality products from Kevin Murphy that made my hair smell ridiculously good. I totally trust her to take excellent care of me for my hair needs. Taylor has a kind, empathetic, sweet spirit that is calming and uplifting. She's the whole package, y'all! Do book her quick because understandably her schedule tends to fill up fast! Regarding the salon itself: The gal at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, the salon and bathroom was clean and well laid out, and the environment was welcoming. Definitely recommend!

I have never written a poor review, so this is rare for me. I found Brandi after TONS of…read moreresearching in the DFW area. I told her my entire "hair history" and what I wanted done. I told her I had a few other ideas if she didn't think it would work on my hair; however, I have very long healthy hair so she said it shouldn't be a problem. She also said "If I ever think that I will ruin someones hair or that they shouldn't try something, I make them sign a 'hair contract' saying I advised against it and wasn't responsible for any damage or color turning out different than they thought- But I have no worries with your hair" She did NOT have me sign a contract (because she said she would have no problem doing my hair). Multiple sessions and almost $400 later, my hair is AWFUL! I heard her tell one of her coworkers "I have no idea what I put in her hair, & if I had to do it again, I wouldn't even be able to tell you what I did" I left with wet hair and contacted her in multiple ways telling her what happened and what my hair looked like once it dried- only to be completely ignored. My hair felt like hay and (in the words of my coworker) looked "dusty- like you sprayed too much dry shampoo in it". I've started taking very expensive hair vitamins and bought a few high-end deep conditioners & thankfully my hair is starting to come back to life. However, I had another hair stylist (whom I trust) tell me I shouldn't color my hair for the rest of summer to prevent "irreversible damage." I had recommended a few friends to Brandi in the beginning, because she is a very nice person, but have since told them not to book appointments (which 2 of them were going to). I also found out that a few of my friends and coworkers had gone to her in the past- only to have their hair ruined as well. If Brandi had owned up to my hair not turning out, offered some sort of compensation for what happened, or even had the professional decency to respond to one of my multiple attempts at communication, I probably wouldn't have written this review. But, I don't want someone else to go through what I went though- it was a very expensive mistake that will take a lot of work (& more money) to fix.
