I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the salon. It's large, very pretty, and--most importantly to me--extremely clean. Cleanliness is a big deal for me when it comes to nail salons, and this one definitely passed that test. When I made my appointment, I specifically asked for a technician who could do more detailed or "fancy" nails. I showed the tech the ombré style I wanted and quickly found out he didn't know how to do ombré. They handled it well, though--he did my pedicure, and another tech took over my manicure. Adam, who did my pedicure, told me he was very good and knew all the pressure points--and he wasn't kidding. It was a great pedicure, and I would absolutely recommend him. One small setback: while I was getting my pedicure, another tech started my manicure at the same time. I personally don't love that because it takes away from being able to fully relax and enjoy the pedicure. That said, the manicure tech did a good job. Was I blown away? Not quite. I also felt the prices were a bit higher than other salons. Overall, though, it wasn't a bad experience, and I'd consider going back--especially for a pedicure.

Highlights and a trim. I drove over 30 minutes to get to Lavish Looks. When I arrived the receptioni was very nice but when Heather came to get me for my appt she looked like she really didn't want to be bothered and when I told her what I wanted done she told me that this was a consultation and not a appt and I told her that I told the receptionists exactly what I needed and she was SOOO RUDE and said the receptionists isn't a stylist and can't make a appt for highlights without a consultation firs...Then she I could fit you in Thursday or Frida..
