The salon is always clean and tidy. I get my gel manicure and regular pedicure with Aliana. I love that she takes her time, is very detailed, and has the sweetest demeanor. She also does the waxing of my eye brows and upper lip. My nails usually last two weeks and sometimes even longer. I get my hair cut, blow dried, and any treatments done with the talented Ingrid (the owner.) Every time she washes my hair I feel brand new. My hair always shine and has no frizz after she's done. My blow dries always last too. I've gotten acrylics done with Sandra in the past and her work is beautiful. They use good products. I would highly recommend this place. I deal w/the public on a daily basis and while most are very nice, others are NEVER happy. Some are rude and nasty to the people who are trying to serve them. We can be thankful every day that we're not married to those types of people! Over the years I've seen small children come in for haircuts. Only a few are misbehaved and (as we all know) that goes back to the parents (no control). Over time, the criminal justice system will have to deal w/many of them. If you go in w/a bad attitude, impatient and mad at the world you will have created your own situation. Most of the negative reviewers don't understand that reservations can be made ahead of time. This would account for the impression that walk-ins go ahead of others. People should familiarize themselves w/the requirement of a shampoo and the option of making a reservation. Elby, a stylist at Miami Springs, has been cutting my hair for a long time. She is always personable and very professional. I'm sure the other stylists are very good but Elby is my favorite.
