I have followed Eva online through YouTube and Instagram for a long time and have always been…read moreamazed by her knowledge of and how to treat black skin. I finally made the decision to do something for myself this year because I have suffered from facial hair growth with ingrown hairs (that caused horrible damage to my skin by tweezing) and embarrassing discoloration on my face (chin area) which left me with severe self esteem issues. I had my first appointment with Eva in July, 2024 and literally after the first appointment I begin to see a huge improvement in my skin (yes, literally after one appointment). The ingrown hairs are gone (which makes my skin look so much better and not so bumpy even under make up) and the discoloration of my skin has improve (it's way lighter and not so dark along the chin area. I am getting laser treatment (for the dark hairs) and electrolysis (for the white hairs). I had my 2nd appointment in August, 2024 and Eva could see the difference in my skin before I could say anything but, let me tell you... my confidence level has increased dramatically because the appearance of my skin has improved so much to where I don't feel so self conscious about it as much when around people. I look forward to the rest of my appointments and the journey to healthy, smooth, discoloration and spot free skin. I know this will be a long journey before I get to the point of the hair being totally gone and the discoloration is completely gone and to have my skin restored back to normal but, I am excited about my journey and ready for the ride. I just wish I had started this journey earlier but, I'm glad that I started and made the choice to do something for myself (invest in me). There is nothing like confidence in knowing that you feel good about yourself.
