She listened to every detail, walked me through everything, and absolutely exceeded my expectations. My hair has never looked or felt better! I was so upset with results went in and saw Kathy Lemmons she fixed the issue! And she knew exactly what I wanted. As you can see from my previous review, my hair was amazing once Bobo did her magic and I ruined it. I knew I could not trust just anyone to bring back to blonder me. I made the call and was honest about the box dye. Bobo was also very honest and let me know that she would do the best she could but mostly importantly she wanted to make sure my hair would not be damaged. She truly cares about your hair and wants to make sure you still get as close to what you want. I'll be honest I was scared the box dye would come out during the bleaching process and make it impossible to look nice. However Bobo knows exactly what to do and worked her magic. Look how amazing it looks so cute full of dimension and full of colors. I mean it, give Bobo a chance to show you what she can do. I could never, ever go to anyone else. Ever.

I can wear it rocker with the short shave out or curl it for a softer looks. All the photos are of the same cut with styled differently. I see Katie every 2-3 months for a shave up and trim. She does such a great cut the sides look good regardless of length between cuts. I drive from west Houston to Clear Lake for my cut!

This place is neat and clean and a lot nicer than my old salon! Everyone is super friendly and the place is busy! Kim is so sweet and awesome; she is thorough and takes her time, but definitely not slow! She listens to you and pays attention to what you are saying and that is priceless. She is Vietnamese, and does have an accent, but I have never had any issues with a language barrier. She feels comfortable cutting my hair short, too, which many stylists do not. I like the short pixie styles although definitely don't want a boy's haircut. I like short and sassy yet feminine and Kim can do that! I always just text Kim for an appointment, but I'm sure you could call the salon and either talk to her or set an appointment with the receptionist. The prices are reasonable; very reasonable actually. I think each stylist sets her own price, and I just pay Kim at the chair. She takes checks and cash, but not sure about credit cards (trying to not use the plastic this year). I am really happy that Kim moved to this place; it's nice and clean and seems very down to earth and not pretentious (I'm a pretty non nonsense down to earth kinda gal). I would recommend this place to anyone, and of course I would tell anyone who asks to go see Kim!
