I have gone here a handful of times. I always had Alexis do my hair and absolutely loved the care…read moreshe took of my hair. I was told that she left and so when I went I had a new hairstylist. She was nice, but she messed my hair up soo badly. I asked for just some side bangs, light layering, and just a trim. I came out of this with chopped layers, almost 2 inches off my hair , and bangs that are cut almost all the way back to my ears. I am completely devastated. I was not able to see the damage that she did as she gave my hair a blowout to hide all the mistakes. Now I have to call another salon to see if there's any way to salvage it without needing to chop it to a bob. I'm absolutely mortified that this has happened. I will not be going back.
