I love watching the owner do extensions. They will work with u and ur schedule to make sure u can come back and see them the next time u needs an appointment they do walk ins now. I told her specifically I didn't want anything dark only light blonde or soft blonde-medium. Just not dark colors. And she told me what she was going to do. Pretty much I understood nothing. I just trusted her.I showed her a photo of what I was trying to achieve or close . She said it would be low lights, nothing dark. I specifically ask her if something goes wrong, and my hair don't take (which I made that clear to her several times. That my hair only takes bleach). She said it it don't do what you want you can come back and we will had some more highlights or something along those lines. After my hair was finished it was completely opposite. I just got charged 167 (12 was for my eyebrow wax) I'm sitting here balling my eyebrows, while her and a coworker was saying it looked ok to make me feel better. That's not what I wanted and not what I ask for. My hair has dark in it, it has ashy looking color my roots are darker then they was when I walked in. I have a few blonde streaks. Brittany says she didn't put much dark in my hair but what little was put in over powered it. So I decided to just go back and ask for a refund. I was polite. I never raised my voice. And pretty much got rain out. And I left and didn't cause a scene I'm not that person. So then later I sent her a message and ask her if she would at least fix it like she promised the first two times and keep her word. And I did apologize if she thought that I was rude. I certainly was t trying to be. To me My hair is ruined. Well, No response. Just silence. I sent a message to her cell and her Facebook. If she would just fix my hair like she promised me she would that's all I'm asking for. I'm Not worried about the refund anymore she did work on my hair for several hours. I just want it corrected. I'll attach a photo of what I was going for and what it turned out to be. I'm so unhappy. I'm so sad, I'm so embarrassed to go out in public. Brittany please make it right.

I had to get my passport paperwork and photo in this week and really wanted to get my hair done…read morefirst. I do not enjoy going to the salon because they charge too much and I am usually so disappointed. I read all the reviews I could find and finally called Reflections in hopes of getting an appointment with Erica. Lucky me she was available. Well I spent half the time it normally takes for highlights and a cut and half the money I normally spend. Well I walked out of the salon just tickled pink with the great job she did, I just hate that I live too far away to visit on a regular basis. My sister commented that the cut and color took years off my appearance and she is not one for compliments. Best of all the next day when I went to get my photo my hair still looked great! Then I watch an older gentleman walk in looking for his barber. He was informed that his barber was sitting in the car and no other barber made an attempt to go get him out of his car but instead gave him a business card. Both the gentleman and I walked out without a haircut. For a haircut that is mid at best pretty poor customer service. Not my first bad experience here.
