I have dark hair and wanted caramel highlights just to break it up. I now have brassy blonde hair. It looks like something people asked for in 2001...way too harsh and just poor technique. I have a half inch of natural hair color and then a hard line of the start of the highlights. I should've known better when the stylist said she hadn't been trained in Aveda.

Person didn't take their time and was very fast and I had to speak up to try to fix spots about 3 times before just leaving. Needs to be more educated on giving haircuts and patience on provided the service. I could work there and give a basic hair cut. I usually don't leave reviews but I paid for the service and the results weren't what I wanted.
