I needed a new place to get my brows done because I was tired of driving downtown after work with all that traffic. Anyways, the room she does brows and facials is so adorable. Very cute decor and she always has relaxing music plus ocean sounds on another speaker. My brows have never looked better! I get compliments all the time now. She's an expert on growing them out! Mine weren't has bad as others I've seen but they have changed drastically. Her facials are awesome as well!! I'm not going to lie: it hurts. But it's only a little bit of pain and well worth it. She gives you the best neck, hand, and foot massages which are all included in the facial! I get goosebumps when she does my neck. My face feels brand new when in done. The only negative is that she books up so fast!! So it's not a walk in type of establishment. I usually book her months in advance. If you do need to change any appt you can always text her and let her know. Oh yeah.. I've never had a brow specialist text me to see how my brows are doing! When I tried to cancel the appointment, explaining I changed my mind, 5 weeks before the scheduled time, I got a hard pushback about not getting my deposit back, which I thought was pretty frustrating given the ample time I had allowed for her to book another client. I don't appreciate that policy, given that our interaction was limited to a few text messages and for that, I'm out $100. I understand why she may not want to waste her time on people who end up being no-shows, but I think there should also be a level of discernment for each situation.

My eyebrows were drastically over-thinned and noticeably uneven, with the right brow much thinner than the left. I was PANICKING! I wish I could give them the benefit of the doubt and say they tried their best, but the rushed job made it clear that they weren't being careful. I strongly do not recommend this place and will not be returning. I'm giving two stars solely because of the staff's friendliness, but the quality of service is a firm one-star.
