They let you look and give you a mirror to check if there are any hairs left on your body. If you see some speak up. I had a time, not with Micah, where I saw some hair and the esthetician was more than happy to wax that area. Pain? Seriously, it's a wax and they do hurt. Everyone's pain tolerance is different but they are in no control over your pain. We had planned a girls day of shopping, nails, lunch and brows. Sheron was super sweet and communicative with scheduling the appt. We arrived a bit early and I texted Sheron to let her know. She greeted us at the door and escorted us in the room which was gorgeous. Very calm and soothing with plants, beautiful decor, calm music and it smelled great. It felt as we knew Sheron! We talked about getting older, music, spa things, products, etc. It was like hanging with a friend who does your brows. She did explain what she was doing with my friend and addressed her concerns and answered questions.
