I found this salon using a Groupon and so happy I bought it. Alison is my new stylist and she's fantastic. It can be hard to find (it's among the townhouses behind the shopping center), but try it and you'll be very happy!

The salon is such a vibe as well as my stylist! It's so comforting and I felt welcomed the second I walked in the door. Grace was amazing! She consulted my hair and asked so many questions about what I was looking for and what my goal was. I showed her my vision board and she delivered! I LOVE my hair, it hasn't been this healthy in a long time. She gave me blonde highlights and added warm honey tones, and styled with a soft curl. She styled me exactly how I wanted it to, and she killed it So happy with the service and the prices were also great for what I usually get. I will definitely be back, thank you Wren & Ivy. I specifically said I did not want my full head done and showed a reference photo. I'm very disappointed with the result. My hair is splotchy, with some areas blonde and others orange, and it looks rushed and poorly blended. While washing my hair, the stylist even said, "This looks a lot warmer than I would have liked it to be," while discussing the dyes with another stylist. This concerned me, but I trusted that she knew what she was doing. I also went in for a specific service at the price I was given, but I was never informed that a different service was being performed. I only found out when I went to pay, was shocked by the price, and asked the front desk for a breakdown of what was done. I was then told additional services had been performed that I never asked for or consented to. Had I known beforehand, I would not have gone through with it. For the price I paid, I expected a much better result. Unfortunately, it was not worth it. For reference, this is what I asked for vs. what I received: a lighter brown with a few face-framing foils, but instead my hair is orange, bright blonde, and brown. My appointment started at 12:30, and my stylist, Mary, finished by 12:45. Aside from the conditioning treatment, the actual trim took LESS than 2 minutes, and I was STILL charged the full price of $55 with NO blow dry bc I opted to leave with wet hair. I don't mind paying for quality service, but the price simply didn't reflect the amount of work that was done. To make matters worse, BEFORE the service was even finished, Mary pointed me to the QR code taped to her mirror and asked me to leave a tip. That felt awkward and unprofessional. Nonetheless , I left feeling overcharged for a subpar service
