Really good price, at the trade off of time. If you need it immediately, take it somewhere else. If you need it sometime later, then take it here. Turn around is usually two weeks, but that's also for about 10 items to mend. That being said, don't take more than one or two items to mend because Coty doesn't write down what she needs to do to the items and inevitably forgets. I had my wedding top made here, it came out amazing. Even better was, I brought the top in a different color and had her remake it in ivory. And to me, it looked like a complicated piece, so I was super happy when she was able to reproduce it exactly.

When I take more than 1 item to her for mending I pin a little note on each piece saying what I want done to it, and I number the note, and I type up (because I have terrible handwriting) a list that coordinates with the notes so she can she what needs to be done to each item (because she doesn't write a lot down). Turn-around time is 2-5 weeks. Be patient. Quality takes time, but Coty is really worth it!

On several occasions, Danira Chavez, presented different dresses, attempting to convince me to accept an alternative. On my most recent visit, despite repeated assurances, the dress provided was not the correct one. When I directly confronted Danira Chavez and requested honesty about the situation, she avoided the conversation and walked away. I strongly suspect that the original dress was sold to another client as my daughter's dress was in store and not something that had to be ordered. This was supposed to be a special moment for my daughter, her dream dress and it turned into a very disappointing and stressful situation. We ended up having to settle and take whatever dress she tried to pass off as my daughter's due to time constraints. Please be cautious before doing business with this vendor. My daughter got a dress made there for a quinceañera that she was going to be in. My daughter's…read moredress was made with a different girl's measurements, I know because a different girl's name was pinned on the dress and when my daughter tried it on it did not fit. They said they needed adjustments and to come back to try it once the adjustments where done. We go once more and the dress was looking deformed now with the boob portion up higher close to her neck. She wanted to adjust it even more. In my experience when they mess with the chest area in dresses the dress loses its correct form. I argued that she just takes her measurements again and redo the top, she agreed on that. Two days before the quinceañera she says it's done. We went and it was the same top and the symmetry of the dress all off and argues with me that it was not the same top. I asked to see the old top and she lies again and says it was at a shop, whatever that means, they make the dresses there. I was forced to take that because she refuses to make it properly. I paid $95 for the horrendous dress. Don't go there everyone I know has been really disappointed!! Hope this helps! You don't want your event to be ruined with bad work ethics.
