As a woman in her 60s, changing hairdressers is terrifying. However, I walked out with the best highlight and color that covered the existing but allowed the new growth to blend. That is an art. She colored my brown hair to a dark mahogany and it came out looking so natural. Then we also cut off 5 inches of my hair and it looks bomb! I wish I wasn't leaving the area because I would totally go back to her all the time. I hope I can come across her in the future. Totally recommend going to Regis to get your hair done and ask for Babs. Great hospitality and service!

Not the best experience & they definitely need to improve their customer service. I brought my 8…read morey/o niece in today to get a bob haircut (The stylist had teal & black colored hair with layers & black glasses). I had an appointment at 4:30pm, came in early and she decided to take us at 4:00pm. I asked her if she can do a wash-thru and style it, but she straight up said "No." She had way more than enough time to do a quick wash-thru considering my niece's hair was short & very thin. Then when she tried to justify her answer, my husband asked her "Can you tell us the(our) name that was scheduled for 4:30pm?" and SHE COULDN'T. Keep in mind, my husband knows his way around the cosmetology community because he is a barber. She then turned around and asked me, what name I used to schedule the appointment. So just by that, her professionalism is already out the window. I am very unsatisfied and will definitely be contacting head quarters, because company's need to be aware of the horrible people that are representing their company. Honestly, if it were up to me, I wouldn't even give this lady 1 star, she does not deserve it. SIDE NOTE: Don't be so fast to trust all the "5 star reviews" company's CAN pick & choose which ones to make public.

We went to the store to buy extra wide shoes for one child and 6Y for another child. While looking…read morefor the specific size for youth, the assistant manager proceeded to argue with us that the sizing for children with 'c' representing "child" or toddler sizes and 'Y' for youth or big kid sizes was not what those two designations meant. Now I have had 4 children over the last 23 years. Those designations have always been there. Then when we went to check out, the very young bubblehead of a girl couldn't spell our city name, took forever to ring it up, kept generally playing when we are trying to get out the store with a toddler who was over it. She asked us if we wanted to subscribe to the rewards card. I said yes. She proceeded to ask me my full name, address, phone number, and DOB while strangers are around me. She said this is required to sign up for rewards. When I commented that this is a lot of personal information being gathered publicly, she got snooty. We paid the $204 and left. Upon reflection, I took it all back and got my money back. I got the same assistant manager. I told her they could have had us write the info on a sticky and shred it if it's required va asking so many public details with others listening in. I also told her customer service goes a long way for me and it was not worth spending my money there. I wouldn't recommend this location at all.
