I have the Walgreens app so when the meds are ready, I get a text saying that they're ready for pick up. I also order my meds with this app so it's important to get that as well. Yesterday when I went and picked up my supplies I had a real nice experience a male person who was real tall. I got my name and went and pulled my order and a pharmacist called and asked if I had any questions and if there were any questions, they're happy to answer him if not to feel free to give them a call that's real nice. When the pharmacist takes an active role in this process, you can ask any question there's never a dumb question I promise you I hope you have a good a good experience as I have. And if Devon is involved, it will surely be a great one. He is so helpful and he really cares for the people there and the customers he's got real good customer service thank you.

With only two cars ahead of me, it took 30 minutes to reach the window. I was then told that only three of my four prescriptions were ready and that the fourth would take another 30 minutes. Because my daughter was asleep in the car, going inside was not an option. I specifically asked whether the prescription would be ready by the time I waited behind the four cars already in line. The employee said yes. After waiting another 40 minutes, I reached the window again and was told it still was not ready. The woman said they had only two employees handling roughly 400 prescriptions, then rudely told me to either come inside or return in another hour. When I explained again that my daughter was sleeping in the car, she dismissively replied, "Then come back in an hour." About three minutes after leaving, I received an alert saying the prescription was ready, but I had already entered the freeway. I returned an hour later. Inside, the counters were unattended, customers were looking around for help, and the pharmacy line was long. I went back to the drive thru and waited another 30 minutes. Being understaffed may explain the delays, but it does not excuse inaccurate information, poor communication, or rude treatment. This was easily one of the most disorganized, inefficient, and unprofessional pharmacy experiences I have encountered. I wish Yelp allowed a rating below one star.

The office is outdated with old equipments and tools. There was rust on the dental tool plate and everything did not look throughly cleaned and sanitized. The Dentist was dry, not friendly or almost as if he didn't even want to be there in the first place, like he hates his job. I explained about a toothache and the dentist looked at it and said we'll see if you can get enough money from your insurance. He left me there with no other directions. I went to the front desk and stood there like a clueless fool. They didn't give me any information or follow up appointments. I was in shock by the dentist statement about my private insurance and the lack of professionalism from the staff. It's been a month and I still haven't got a call back for any information, they definitely not care for their clients. I'm surprised by how long they've been in business, however I can guarantee they are NOT getting my and family/friends business. This is a small town and word spreads easily. Please do better if you're going to choose a career that requires bedside manner and healthcare of other humans. Called the office today (Friday) at 11:15am requesting an ASAP appointment for dental pain. Dr. Sandhu and his wife were able to schedule us for 1pm. My husband hates going to the Dentist, but swears that this was the best experience he has ever had. Said the lidocaine injections didn't hurt one bit. And his procedure, which was left quadrant deep cleaning was completely tolerable. Wish I could say it was painless but I don't think those are ever gonna be painless for him. I can say that he will definitely be back. We found our new family dentist. Thank you Sunshine Dental!
