She was friendly, welcoming, and immediately helped me get set up for a color match consultation by adding me to the queue. Noelle assisted me and she was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable, helped me get color matched, and recommend brands that would work for my skin type. She was patient, attentive, and spent a good amount of time with me making sure I was informed. I've visited Sephora many times before and have never received this level of customer service. Noelle even emailed me a list of products we discussed so I'm able to reference in the future. Overall, it was a pleasant and personalized experience.

My neice was soo excited to shop here but she had the worst experience by the shop owner having people she knew come in and followed her around and had one of the cook come over and record her and me shopping. Mind you we are asian people . I was in the store looking for things I thought I might want, just having two items in my hand they keep asking me if I needed a basket. I refused cause I work in the beauty retail and in the back of my mind it's a tactic to get you to add more to basket. But when my niece went into the store she grabbed a basket with a big smile on her face. Later I was on the phone with my sister talking about the current wedding coming up. After I was done I saw an Asian guy with his phone up to his chest walking and slowly looked like he was recording us.. I didn't think too much of it cause I was with my niece. Her mother came in and out of the store with my oldest brother checking in on us. We were in there for a good 30 min cause my niece was very indecisive about what she wanted. The owner did some interaction with us as we were interested in some products but they didn't have it. Later we paid for our stuff and left and went to the other store on the same level. My niece, mother came over and said did you see that guy recording my daughter. I was like I did see something but I didn't really thought he was really doing that , the guy did followed her like she was stealing. And then my niece said those two boys that was there as well didn't buy anything but they went wherever she went. She felt uncomfortable, mind you she's 23 not a kid. So i will be telling people about my experience and not to go there cause they will follow you even if you want to spend you money to buy products. Oh by the way ,my brother did record the cook from the restaurant recording my niece and following her. We saw him standing by the restaurant as we was leaving.
