If they will be more consistent with the quality of their output I'd gladly change the review and give it 4 stars.

On top of the regular tomato sauce, it is also covered in white truffle cream that tastes like alfredo. The Nordica is good too, topped with salmon, spinach, and goat cheese. I recommend going for lunch 11am-2pm because all the pizzas are 45dkk then. (For example, the La Tradizonale pizza is 82dkk after 2pm). There is a 10% student discount for regular-priced items though, that can't be applied to the lunch prices. Even so, if you are getting pizza, going for lunch is the best value!

Perhaps the locals are more used to the summer heat with no AC than we were. We had the 3-course prefixe meal with my my wife and daughter on the standard menu while I was on the vegetarian track. The website says that Host is the Danish word for harvest, and that their focus is "on the Scandinavian kitchen with lots of surprises." The staff used the word "surprises" explicitly, using it to describe the amuse-bouches and palette-cleansing bites served between the advertised courses. We started with a flight of croquettes with cheese and I think my wife and daughter had something like a smoked fish hash of some sort while by I had a delightful bite of salad on a molded sweet cookie tart shell. The baby bread loaves with a special butter were lovely - how do you innovate butter? Great job. My first veggie entree was fried carrots with horseradish, which was grand. Next I had a barley risotto with amazing brown beech mushrooms on top. Awesome. Its not because the place has a crazy amount of space, but its just perfect for perhaps 50 people and comedians. Do be aware of the tiny step down from the bar to the central area - it tricked me a few times (and while tipsy, you look funny while tripping over this tiny step) The place is located close to a hospital, which serves as a great challenge for the comedians, when an ambulance passes by every now and then - and it does; quite often that is.
