Karen's approach is very rare in the legal profession, in that she truly explores a client's goals, objectives and needs when designing a plan. She then creates a completely customized estate plan, rather than simply changing names and dates in a boiler-plate document - as most attorneys I've encountered tend to do. An estate plan is absolutely worth nothing more than the paper it is printed on if it is not properly funded and maintained.
