I hired this company to file my personal taxes. I submitted all necessary documents by April 12. I was told they would "probably have to file an extension," which was fine by me as it got done. I hadn't heard from them on May 14 so I called. I asked what the status was on my tax filing because we're into May and haven't heard anything. They told me they left messages and "were waiting to hear from me." They never filed my taxes and now I have to pay a 10% late filing fee. The only way I found out is because I called. There was no apology, no responsibility, and no attempt to make it right. I'm a business owner and would never treat my customers this way. The Fraser Valley is too small to do business this way. The bottom line is DO NOT TRUST this company for bookkeeping or anything else. read more
