If you walk on the treadmills, there aren't any issues that are noticeable; it's only when you attempt to run on them that you notice the treadmills skip and a few make such an extremely loud noise that headphones won't block it out. One of the owners was also extremely rude to me during the last occasion that I raised concerns over the treadmills and said that he "doesn't owe me or anyone in this gym any respect."

I've attended quite a few yoga classes with different instructors, and everyone has been extremely nice and helpful. Still hoping to try out the barre and spin classes. The studio is clean, cozy, and offers a variety of classes each day, which is helpful if you have a flexible schedule. The only negative I've found is that sometimes people waiting for the next class to start can be very loud in the waiting area which is located right next to the yoga room, often interrupting the relaxation of savasana. I'd also love for them to integrate more chanting/spiritual elements in class and maybe even use oils on the third eye and temples while in savasana; but that's just a request, not a complaint :) Overall Studio Oxygen is a fantastic studio in an area with very limited yoga options.

Never seen that before, anywhere. Makes a huge difference on the feel of the machines. Staff was friendly, locker room was clean, but the maintenance of the machine is what jumped out at me and prompted me to write this review.

I live in California. Yet, when I called to inquire about the monthly charges, the staff told me to send an email, which I have sent several times. The manager, "Jason" tells me just now after a year I need to send the notice via the mail and that email isn't good enough. When I tried to explain the situation - he unprofessionally mansplained me into oblivion with "it is in my contract " several times. Weirdly, email isn't considered in writing for him. I knew I was in the middle of nowhere but in the digital age most businesses accept email notification as "in writing". Ironically, they have a member app for check-ins and upgrades but do not accept email notifications. Way to game the system to make that recurring $10 bucks a month. Their unethical staff has been lying to me for over a year about the email notification to milk me for the lousy fees. I had to get stern with the "manager" to get him to tell me the truth about their written notification policy, which is against most modern-day business practices. I am contacting the Corporate Office and the Better Business Bureau since its well over $100+ in fees now. AVOID THIS PLACE. It's a scam. The gym has the worst fitness equipment I have ever seen. I was just desperate for a treadmill. Definitely not worth the money. Drive to Canton or go to YMCA.

I've only met the owner once, but when he was there when I was working out he introduced himself and was very friendly. As part of my wife's effort to get us healthier, she hired Bethanie to give us private yoga lessons in our home. As any guy would be, I was a little resistant. Bethanie has the patience to get my rickety body into contortions that, as she puts it, are "uncomfortable but not painful." My body will shake and tremble but the results are amazing. In just a few weeks, I have become more flexible and am close to doing the crow position. The spiritual lift is more amazing than the physical lift. Bethanie has different themes for the night and combines the yoga moves with biblical passages. It is an amazing spiritual journey and the following day, I am sore but spiritually uplifted. 5 stars!!!
