Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza - Restaurant

    Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza

    (19 reviews)

I stayed at Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, and overall, I had an amazing experience…read more I'll be upfront: this hotel is very expensive. I was honestly hesitant to book it because of the price, especially coming from a small town in Colorado and wanting a mix of relaxation and fun. But once I was there, it completely worked. The property is stunning high-end, modern, and beautifully designed. Friends who stayed at other hotels actually came to ours just to take photos because it's that nice. If you want great pictures, you don't even need to leave the hotel. It really is the hotel. Breakfast was incredible. I loved having fresh, natural juices every morning, and the food overall was excellent. The private beach was a huge highlight, and the private concerts and live music added such a fun, lively energy. It's definitely a vibrant place, but it still felt enjoyable rather than overwhelming. The staff were truly amazing friendly, attentive, and welcoming across the board. They really elevated the experience and made the stay feel special. The only downside for me was the room layout and bathroom. The resort is very large, so depending on where your room is, the walk can be pretty long especially if you're on the pool side. Also, the shower door didn't fully close, so water leaked out everywhere, and the shower area didn't feel as clean or polished as I would expect for a hotel at this price point. Not terrible, but noticeable. That said, I genuinely loved my stay and had a great time. It did feel worth it overall, even with the cost. I'd absolutely love to come back budget permitting and would 100% stay here again if I return to Ibiza. If you're looking for a luxury, lively, iconic Ibiza hotel experience and are prepared for the price tag, this place delivers.

If hell had a hotel, this would be it…read more This place is an absolute disgrace to hospitality. The level of incompetence, disorganization, and sheer laziness on display here is almost impressive - you'd think it was some kind of social experiment on how bad a hotel can get before guests riot. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted not with warmth but with chaos and indifference. Check-in? Hours of waiting for the room you booked in advance. Room service? Nonexistent. The mini bar? Stocked with half-drunk bottles, and yes, they'll gleefully charge you for them anyway. Their restaurants serve food so bland and low-quality that calling it "edible" feels generous. Breakfast looked like a health inspection horror show, filthy, unsanitary, and clearly handled by people who've given up on life. The staff? A masterclass in rudeness and apathy. Ask for your room to be cleaned, and you'll get attitude, eye rolls, and maybe even a verbal lashing from housekeeping. And if by some miracle they do show up, don't expect the bed to be clean, ours had hair and actual blood stains. When we reported it, they refused to fix it. Refused. The water in the tub looked like it came straight from a sewer. It's not just unpleasant, it's unsafe. Whoever manages this circus should be ashamed. Hard Rock should remove their name from this embarrassment before it ruins what little reputation they have left. Final advice: run. Don't walk - run away from this disaster disguised as a hotel.

If you need a pool towel or iron they as you leave a deposit, I've never in my traveling experience had someone ask for a deposit. This stay was suppose to be all inclusive, but it's far from it, the drinks from the buffet and the pool bar are included in this all inclusive but they close early so every other bar in the hotel asks you to pay for your drinks. The "all inclusive" drinks are watered down. Once the buffet is closed there's no other option for food. We used the pool once, we witnessed a worker rinsing off a towel in the pool? My boyfriend went to use the restrooms and the doorknob fell off leaving him locked inside for half an hour while the staff looked for someone to help. Not once did they apologize. The rooms reak of mold! Don't smell underneath the beds. The AC leaves you sweating, but the worst of it all: THE BATH WATER IS SALT WATER NOT FILTERED OR CLEANED. The buffet was absolutely disgusting,we chose to eat out everyday because I can't stomach tasteless food every meal. If this doesn't give you a good idea of what your stay will be like I don't know what will. Please consider a different hotel, if you insist in all inclusive there's a far better one at the palladium I wish we had stayed in.

I'm honestly devastated to be writing this, but our recent stay at Ushuaïa on 1st August 2025 was…read moreone of the most stressful, disappointing hotel experiences I've ever had--particularly upsetting given the high cost (over £1300 for one night) and that this was meant to be a special anniversary trip. We booked the "Anything Can Happen Suite" expecting a seamless and celebratory experience. Instead, what happened was a cascade of failures that left us feeling ignored, degraded, and frankly shocked--especially in a hotel that markets itself as luxury and inclusive. Check-In Disaster: We arrived at 3:15 PM and were told our room wasn't ready. Fair enough--initially. But no follow-up, no communication, and no apology. I had to chase four times at the desk, only to be met with robotic, dismissive responses and rude attitudes from the front desk team. No manager was ever made available to speak to us, and we didn't get access to the room until close to 6 PM--almost 3 hours later. False Promises About Accessibility: Before booking, we called multiple times (myself and two friends separately) and were explicitly reassured that our disabled guests could move between the room and the event area throughout the night. This was a key factor in our decision to book. When we arrived, we were abruptly told this was not allowed. My disabled partner and friend were essentially trapped--unable to re-enter the event area if they left for rest or toilet access. This left them distressed and humiliated. No one--not reception, the "experience team," or the box office--offered a solution. The finger-pointing and lack of care was appalling. For a hotel of this profile to treat disabled guests this way in 2025 is disgusting and potentially unlawful. We felt lied to, ignored, and abandoned. Special Occasion? Completely Ignored. This trip was also our anniversary. I had planned to propose but didn't--because the entire day was ruined by stress and mishandling. No gesture, no questions, not even a "congratulations." No support in planning anything. A complete emotional letdown. Sexual Comments from Security: To make matters worse, some of the security staff made inappropriate, sexual comments to our female friends--including "your ass looks nice in that outfit" and "give me a shout later, sexy." This is completely unacceptable, and I am disgusted that this was brushed off when raised with the hotel. In Summary: * 3-hour delay to check-in with rude service * False promises and complete disregard for disabled guests * No acknowledgment or support for a special occasion * Inappropriate, degrading behaviour from hotel security * No apology. No resolution. No refund. If you're looking for a hotel that actually delivers on luxury, respect, and basic accessibility, Ushuaïa is not the place. I'll be pursuing this with the tourism board, disability rights organisations, and legal channels. Guests deserve better--especially in a venue claiming to be world-class

It was my first time in Ibiza and I am so glad I found this hotel. It was a central area next to tons of restaurants, a pharmacy around the corner, bars everywhere, souvenir shops with great finds, and walking distance to the beach. The complimentary breakfast til 11 am was a god sent. After dancing the night away I'd wake up just in time to get to breakfast before 11am. A full spread of fresh fruits, cured meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, yogurt, croissants and bread, and they made crepes and customized omelets. Who doesn't like an egg station? Come on! And there was free champagne/prosecco with all these fresh juices for custom mimosas. I was in heaven! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat and you should too. They also were kid-friendly, they had an area, like a mini playground for the kiddos.
