Another nice factor is that you can order a bottle of shoju and leave it there with your name if you weren't able to finish it, so you can continue the next time you come again. Neat, isn't it? When in 2009, Nanaban opened I was jumping up and down with joy: a place which served ramen of the same quality of those in Japan, and only a short drive from my house! Fast forward to 2019, I no longer live in Belgium but in the meantime I've lived a few years in Asia, traveled to Japan several times and gourmet ramen are much more common. However, returning to Nanaban still makes my heart sing. Over the years the quality hasn't changed, they still serve perfectly cooked ramen with a great broth. Their tonkotsu ramen are one of the dishes which always manage make me happy, regardless of what happens. Seriously, their ramen are much better than many places which come highly recommended.
