If you're in Salamanca and are looking for high quality sushi in the old city, this is the place. The fish is fresh, and the preparation is authentic. I suggest getting a lunch special in order to save a few Euros: You'll get miso soup, a small variety of maki, a drink (I got a warm sake), and a desert. Please try the green tea ice cream. It is rich and aromatic, not like the over-sweet, bland ice cream in the States.
I have returned a few times for lunch here. I'll go back for certain. However, if you're looking for a place where you can get a huge mouthful of cream cheese in your sushi, this is not the place. It's upscale and authentic. Practice your sushi-eating etiquette here.
I'm giving a 4-star rating because the portions are a little small, and they don't carry unfiltered sake. read more
