I wish I could give zero stars. This is the most unprofessional, disrespectful, harassing law firm you could ever deal with. I submitted my information to inquire on a port catheter class action lawsuit as I had experienced issues with a portacath and wanted to learn more about the class action. Instead of anyone contacting me to provide me with information - I received a call basically asking me to regurgitate information I had already submitted online - but additionally asked me to provide my social security number. Now call me crazy - but that's not something I would typically just give to a stranger over the phone. Especially considering I didn't even know much about their law firm and if they were even legitimate. So off the bat - I had a bad feeling. Then the woman who I spoke to told me someone would reach out to me with more information. Instead - I began to receive an INFLUX of phone calls - two, three times a day sometimes. For the first 2 weeks they would call me during NY hours - mind you - I live on the west coast. So most of their calls would go straight to voicemail because it was 6-8am my time and my DND was on. Then today I received the nastiest voicemail from one of their whack job employees named Neil. My jaw was on the floor from hearing the condescending nature that he was speaking to me in. If he can see my inquiry - then he can clearly see that I have metastatic breast cancer. I'm stage 4 while working full time - so yeah - just a bit busy. I had previously emailed and let them know that I was not interested but continued to receive calls. He made it seem as though I was just leading them on and couldn't pick up a phone. Needless to say - I left him an equally annoying voicemail. This is so genuinely out of my character (even this review) but wow. I'm in shock. I have been working with this firm for over six months regarding the buprenorphine/Subutex case. Initially, I was assured that everything was in order--I passed the qualification process, and they promised to represent me. However, I later received a call stating I did not qualify because buprenorphine is a generic. This is simply untrue. To provide context, I suffered a debilitating back injury in 2006 from a 45-foot fall and have endured over 18 back surgeries since then. It's been a long and painful journey. I sought representation to secure compensation for the harm this medication has caused me, and this firm assured me they could help. Unfortunately, my experience has been plagued with delays, misinformation, and outright rudeness, particularly from one individual named Valaria. From the very beginning, her demeanor has been dismissive and unprofessional. After my initial consultation, I waited three weeks with no follow-up. When I called back, Valaria informed me my case was closed due to a lack of information, despite my having submitted the required documents multiple times--five times, to be exact. This Valaria clown needs to be fired. I'm so sick of hesring siiiiiirrrrr. The way she says it says I don't care about what you need and I am better than you. Very co descending and rude. To top it all off I did receive other call backs from other people and they said I qualified and I passed pre screening. They said I will be called back for consultation and Intake. Then this Valaria clown steps In and says no I don't qualify. Made the decision on her own and just shut my case down. After months of back-and-forth, I was finally told I did not qualify because buprenorphine was not covered by the lawsuit. This is patently false. Buprenorphine, as a generic equivalent to Suboxone, is explicitly included in the class action. I have since consulted another attorney, who confirmed this fact and has taken on my case. It is unacceptable that I was strung along for nearly a year, only to be dismissed due to misinformation and negligence. Despite numerous requests to speak with a supervisor or office manager, no one has followed up. This level of unresponsiveness and incompetence is inexcusable. If this firm truly wants to improve, they need to address the glaring issues with their staff, starting with firing Valaria. Her lack of professionalism, repeated misinformation, and inability to properly manage cases have caused unnecessary stress and delays. Clients deserve better. read more

I would not recommend this team to anyone. It took over 2 years to settle my automobile accident case. In the end, they lied and told me they mailed out my settlement check. After waiting over 2 weeks to be delivered 10 miles, I asked them to stop payment on the "so call check" that was mailed, and I would pick it up in person. They never said, "ok destroy the check when you receive it, or we've stopped payment on that check! They never mailed the check out, and continued to give me a date it was mailed. Insurance companies hold the settlement checks to draw interest off of it as long as they can!!! Totally bad business! I got cancer from Chinese drugs. There's a class action lawsuit. I have kidney cancer, diagnosed on Jan. 20, 2020. Kidney removed on Feb. 12, 2020. Saiontz and Kirk took my case but dropped me on May 29,2020 because my diagnosis wasn't recent enough. I first called them in February and retained them in March. Can you say waste my time scam??? I am a 26-year Navy veteran, and I have never attempted to contact a lawyer because of wrongdoing or malpractice. However, I reached out to Saiontz & Kirk after watching one of their commercials on television as well as seeing that they help veterans with benefit claims. Well, after my call to them, all they did was usher me off to another lawyer group Deer Law Group (DLG). This DLG group called and asked a few questions, and requested access to my health records. After about a week I received a letter stating that my case exceeded the statute of limitations, and was therefore closed which was untrue. I am within five years of the date of injury, and three years of discovery of the incident. They never requested specific medical documents from me that were in my possession and specific to the identified malpractice. It doesn't appear that any real effort or interest went into discovery of evidence or information concerning my case. I suppose large marketing names don't equate in results. read more

First accident for me, I call Saointz & Kirk, they schedule an appointment with their physical therapist. Next they tell you to send all bills (hospital, ambulance, etc.) to them-they even send self addressed stamped envelopes for you, nice right? Next their physical therapy practice exhausts your PIP coverage while they hold your hospital bills!!! Then you have collection agencies calling and sending notices! You call Saointz & Kirk because now that you've retained them, your insurance company can't talk to you, and these guys tell you your PIP is exhausted! Please be advised, this law firm is horrible. My case has dragged on for one year and two months. My case manager was switched after working with her for six months with no explanation. When my case manager was replaced, I did all the leg work because the case manager did not keep up with documents and dragged his feet, and was unfamiliar with his position. You try to call and there is no answer. You leave messages and no one responds back. I was told by the case manager my settlement was supposed to be one amount of money and was I called after one year and two months by this man I've never spoken with and was offered a settlement amount in which I was not pleased. I requested a phone call from my attorney to address the settlement amount. I have not heard from them since. They will never get my business nor will I recommend them. For a law firm that's advertised on television as one of the best firms, they are very unorganized and unprofessional. They are misleading. I hired Siaontz and Kirk the day after a pretty bad car accident. The 33 1/3% contingency fee can be offputting, but it is exactly what other lawyers in the area ask for. I am very glad that I retained them, because whenever an issue comes up, I know that I can call them and Brian Malan immediately takes care of the problem. I think the contingency fee is absolutely fair, considering I don't have to deal with the headache of having to handle insurance crap and trying to deal with bills and issues with medical clinics. It it has made the period after the accident, while I am healing, a lot smoother and stress-free. After having Brian work on my case, he has certainly earned that 33 1/3% contingency fee! Anytime I have been scared or had a problem, he handled it almost immediately. I cannot stress enough how much help that is in the aftermath of a serious accident. I have been incredibly satisfied with the service I have received. I would recommend Saiontz and Kirk to anyone who has been in an accident. I hired this firm 2 days after my accident in 2015. Before anything, I'll say the initial "cold calling" was a bit annoying but it was also comforting to have the follow up. With that said, while I wasn't a fan of different people handling my case, the settlement process was pretty smooth. After complaining, I was transferred to the settlement manager, Danny. He was the most attentive person there and gave me personal assurances on the moving of my claim. He and his assistant, April, always answered the phone and was willing to help. That communication alone really helped my confidence in this firm. Carl Saontz did a good job with my settlement and I'm happy that my bills were paid, my car was fixed and I got a good amount in my pocket. I recommend this firm. Saiontz & Kirk is just what they advertise, a lawyer, but they are not your lawyer because if you present a case that they specialize in and it's small or not in their area of law, you will go to one of their co-councils. What does that mean, you will work with a small law firm that treats you like crap. You never speak to the lawyer assigned to you except maybe once at the initial meeting but after that for months you work with their assistant. Even when you have a complaint or issue with the co-council Saiontz & Kirk wont respond. I've worked with Saiontz & Kirk twice and I will never use this firm again. read more

I got into an accident on Feb 2020. Head on collision and the car was totaled. The insurance company for the other driver claimed full responsibility after reviewing the footage from the street camera. I heard from the company twice and never heard from them again. Ended up paying all my own medical bills because they were not paid by the firm and they were in collections. I was told I would get a call back in March and I am still waiting for that call. Wasted 30 working days going to their Chiropractor 3 times a week. Hopefully I do not get a bill from them. My guess is unless you are 1 inch away from death, stay clear and try to call another company that will return calls and let you know whats going on. read more

I was just going through some old papers I had put away a few years ago, and I found some opened letters from this law firm. I had forgotten the name until then. I had contacted them for the Risperdal lawsuit. My son had developed gynecomastia, while previously taking the drug. I submitted all required documentation and permissions over the phone, mainly. My son's doctors submitted what was asked of them. Saiontz and Kirk themselves never contacted me-only a female 'clerk' or paralegal, I guess. It seemed that even armed with everything they needed, still nothing was being done. Finally, one day, I received a letter from this law firm stating that they were no longer able to assist with my case, claiming that it was because my son had been taking another medication as well. (This can not be true, since the other medications did not have the same uses or side effects as Risperdal.) Over the past few years, I have always wondered if this law firm had actually collected and just left my son and I in the wind. Judging by the reviews I have read, to me, it appears that Saiontz and Kirk have been heavily preying upon those of us who live out-of-state. I live in Texas. read more
