I recently had a issue with a cancelation of my appointment after waiting for 5 months. When I got upset about them wanting me to wait until August for another appointment, I received a call from the office manager. Although she did try to accommodate me, all she did was belittle me and try to make me feel subhuman. To add insult to injury, today, I received a letter from his office stating that I was "inappropriate" with his office staff. I asked the doctor to call me to discuss his manager's attitude toward me, before he sent the letter. I still have not heard from him. Do not waste your time with this guy. It's not worth your time and aggravation to deal with people who treat you like crap.

Dr Abdelhak is a high risk pregnancy doctor, and I felt at ease under his care. Dr Ratzerdorfer delivered my first and he's truly gifted at what he does. Complicated delivery with so much ease and confidence, that I trusted the process and his decisions comfortably. Dr Resnikoff delivered my second, and she made the whole experience so smooth. She was very calm and approachable throughout the pregnancy and delivery. Highly recommend this practice.

I was a little pessimistic once I parked along the street of the office because it was hard to distinguish the office from the outside.The office is a brownstone, so it has an antique feel to it. It's definetly, a hidden gem. However, once I went inside it has a very home feeling about. Many of us are used to clinic, hospital like settings like a planned parenthood or doctor's office and thats why it has a different ambiance to it. We should have left once we walked in, the office floor was dirty and looked as if it had not been vacuumed in weeks, it smelled of mildew, and the staff continuously walked into the waiting area to spray some sort of deodorizer to mask the smell. The billing department and staff are IMPOSSIBLE. Even after speaking to the owner and being assured the bill would be coded properly I am still to this day receiving bills stating that our au pair came in for a routine yearly pap. Please tell me when a burning UTI is a yearly pap? We have decided to just pay the bill and once and for all be done with this doctor, and this company. Take my advice and find somewhere else!
