The workers are very attentive to you as soon as you sit down and take their time to give you what you ask for. It is clear they take pride in their work and that they want you to be pleased with what you walk out with. The salon itself is always clean and well lit- I've never had an ill experience with the tools or equipment they have. I will say that if you are there for a long time, bring something with you because they don't have TVs inside. Special shoutout to Catherine and ThuyKhanh for being awesome at their jobs! Katherine always gives me the best pedicures and is so friendly. The shape is terrible, they are very chunky, and several of them are crooked. I did make the mistake of not asking if they have pink or nude acrylic prior to starting. However, I did ask if the powder was clear before she began and she said it was "natural." Since I then I had clear, I had to completely change what I was going to get.
