Jacy was fantastic! She did my n1pple piercings and was sooo nice and sweet the whole time. She gave a play-by-play and great aftercare instructions. She really cares about her clients! The whole studio was VERY clean and comfortable, they used an autoclave to clean all the equipment and jewelry. Very nice clean shop. Everyone's portfolio is out for you to look at. Very up to date with technology. I came in on a Monday with a card from a loved one and Thomas made sure I loved it that it was the right size and dark enough. It was my first tattoo and it was on my ribs he made sure I was okay through the whole process. He also made sure I knew about proper care and cleaning. Pricing was amazing. Don't get me wrong this place is great. The only reason I'm writing a review is a disclaimer to people going here for their first tattoo. DO NOT GO TO HERO AS YOUR ARTIST. Went there for my first tattoo and the man made me feel bad for being picky. I felt so rushed and his body language just screamed "i do not really care about your tattoo and just want to go home. Plus, he quoted me $300 dollars for a tattoo that took him about 15 minutes. AND ON TOP OF ALL THAT... the god damn shading is patchy as hell. Guess it proves that no matter how skilled a tattoo artist is, make sure they seem to actually care before you agree to it. DO NOT PICK HERO read more

If you want something pierced go see Caroline! She is awesome and so nice! She is quick when responding to emails and and patiently answered all of my questions. I wish everyone had her customer service. Once we got there for the appointment, she was thorough in explaining the process and was great at making small talk which I needed because sometimes I tend to get nervous when I'm not distracted. Her station was clean and organized and she has cute jewelry to choose from. I got my Tragus and the person with me got their nose pierced. The piercings were the quickest part and she made it as painless and easy as possible. So far, I haven't had any issues but if I do I feel that she would go out of her way to help. I normally don't write reviews but she deserves a great one! Go see her, after your experience you will want to write her a rockin' review too! read more

I can't say enough good things about Against All Odds! The guys run a clean, "above board" shop, and do beautiful work. You know the tattoo shops that are full of arrogant pricks who emit the vibe that you're lucky to be in their presence? You won't find a trace of that here. David Carter tattoo'd my daughter and he was professional and thoughtful at every turn. We never felt rushed and he patiently fleshed out several ideas with her. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went to get a piercing in line with all my other ones, and it was completely off. To the point where all my friends who went with me where even like, no thats terrible. I went back in, expecting them to make it better, but instead, Caroline, the piercer got very defensive and wouldn't do anything to help it but yell at me. Don't go here to get piercings, make the drive to Atlanta. read more

Great tattoo artist with a great imagination. After getting screwed with at voodoo, i came here. Small shop and clean. He had his portfolio out for anybody to see which is a huge plus. I had a huge chest piece of a poem that i made. He listened to every word and every idea i had. He drew up sketches of designs for a better chest piece. He was nice and not pushy just for a sale. You could tell he cared about his work. So he said he would make a more detailed design and to come back tomorrow,noting that i could come to him at any time if i wanted anything added or changed. So next day he shows me what he put together and it was perfect. The tattoo took about 3hrs and for the most part not a big deal till he hit the sternum. Great tattoo, great artist. I recommend the shop to all my friends over voodoo. read more
