Our captain, Bailey, was fantastic--super friendly, gave us a quick rundown of everything, and then we were off. We cruised around the area before heading out to Crab Island to catch the sunset and keep an eye out for dolphins. The whole experience was exactly what we needed--relaxing, fun, and just an all-around great vibe. Good drinks, great company, and an incredible sunset. After the sun went down, we cruised back to the dock, already talking about doing it again with another group. 5/5 experience--highly recommend! If you book, call and ask for Bailey. They also offer daytime trips to Crab Island if that's more your speed. Pro tip: Parking is limited, so consider taking an Uber or Lyft.

What a great trip. I would highly recommend if you want to truly relax rent a private boat with a captain like Brian.

I definitely got nervous when I saw the crowds of people that kept moving into the waiting area, but it all worked out and honestly not a bad seat on the boat. Both Kyle and Josh took their time and even made circles so everyone on the boat could see dolphins and sharks!! Boat holds about 50, so definitely not one of the bigger charters that's on the water.

They…read morewere very friendly and aimed at making this a great experience from the moment they introduced themselves. Immediately we were all laughing and joking like we were all old friends. The labeled life jackets are a nice touch. As we headed to the boat Chris got to know us a little and found out what type of experience we were looking for. At the beginning of the ride he asked what type of music we liked and he found a good station for the "turn up" to begin! It was a beautiful ride out and on the way he allowed us to do the Titanic pose and get pics of that lol. Chris was informed that we had one in our group that could not swim and did not want to be thrown into the water. He was amazing at making sure we got in a good ride without anyone being thrown off. Once she had had enough he allowed her to get back on the boat so that the other 2 of us could go for a faster ride. It was so fun!!! We both ended up being thrown off (which is exactly what we wanted). There weren't any rides scheduled after us, so on the return trip Chris made a detour to allow us to get up close views of some dolphins that were in the area! We saw about 3 or 4 of them swimming right next to the boat! It was beautiful and they captured it in our photos. We did opt for the photo package, and if you decide to do this ... I suggest you do to. They captured EVERYTHING. And who wants to worry about who's gonna take a picture when you're having fun and being thrown into the ocean?!? What I found exceptional about the photo package is that you are not given the photos immediately. You actually get a link to download them. This way they go through the pictures and get rid of any "junk" photos so you don't have to! You get amazing quality photos that will have you laughing for hours. We ended up with 82 QUALITY photos (in comparison to another activity we purchased a photo package for and ended up with 25 photos, but a couple were duplicates and another one was blurry/unusable). He even took the time to put the phrase "TURN UP" on one of the pics!!! It's worth it! Thanks again Captain Chris and crew for an amazing experience!

Sorry to say but not the best experience. I have been coming to Destin for the past 15 to 20 years…read moresince Family owns a condo. I have rented Pontoons from numerous companies but hate to say this one was the worst so far. Let's start with not being able to park on site and having to cross 4 lanes of busy traffic twice. Not the safest practice. Second at the counter there are numerous signs saying dock workers get paid by tips and complimentary tip is 15 to 20%. I never mind tipping when warranted and if really good service I tip over 20%. Every other place I have rented a pontoon at has had staff come to the car and get our stuff and carry to the boat. They also ask if anyone needs help boarding the boat. The boat is clean and actually ready for guests. The individual here just states you're on boat 1 and never assisted or asked anyone anything. The seats in the boat had water pooled on them so had to wiped down prior to anyone sitting down. Luckily, we brought extra towels. We understand you get wet on a boat but for water to be everywhere when just getting on the boat is uncalled for and wasn't professional in any means. It was also comforting to know according to the dock worker that the Pontoon only had 1 battery even though it's supposed to have 2. Since the 2nd one worked other items on the boat it wasn't needed per him but hey here's a bluetooth speaker for you to use if you want music. This also had to be the slowest boat we have ever rented. Having owned my own boats before the Motor was so under powered for the size of the pontoon it was on. To top it all off upon our return the dock worker didn't assist anyone or getting stuff off the boat but did make sure to tells us he accepts Cash, Venmo and other payment options for tips. Really dude? Please promote your tips being warranted by actions. Hate giving a low rating but this experience definitely deserved it.

He radioed the boiled peanut boat to come to the boat and we notified him that the bride was very allergic to peanuts. Not only did he still order them but he ate them on the boat knowing that if she touched anything it would cause anaphylaxis. Knowing he wasn't considering his passengers life was quite a bit of a let down. I personally feel every persons life is important but apparently our captain Chris did not. Super bad experience having to be careful with our every move for something he didn't need just chose to do even though it could kill one of his passengers.
