This branch allows you to select your denomination, either $5 or $20. Not all do, and I appreciated it here since I was hoping it would let me do that. There are drive-through ATMs, which I didn't realize until I had parked; the entrance is on the Clybourne side. There's street parking and you can park in the lot for the shopping center (the lot is a bit down the block from the bank) and the bank will validate the parking in that shopping center. I stopped in today, which is a Sunday, so I had to use my debit card to enter the lobby. When I left, the door was open just a tiny bit, so apparently the door doesn't shut properly. Kind of defeats the purpose of locking in the first place.

We still had 45 min to close and the branch manager Ms Arroyo would not help us. she said she was helping a new banker help another customer, but she continued to sit in the front lobby not helping me or the other customer or her new banker. We went into another branch with now only 15 mins before closing. That branch officer not only offered to help us, but also stayed late to ensure the CD and college checking account was opened properly. Not all Chase bank branches are the same.
