I had great service and my pedicure was perfect! Everyone was pleasant, finished product is really nice.

Ann and her family have worked so diligently to create a lovely atmosphere at Saigon. She has great attention to detail and has always done a fabulous job on my daughter's acrylics and my gel manicures. Andy is the best at pedis and a gives a great massage! read more

My nails turned out amazing . He took his time but also got me out of there in 45 minutes. I felt a little uncomfortable with how the customers were acting around me . I didn't really feel welcomed into the nail salon. salon was dirty and needs a huge deep clean. Not sure if they clean the items they use after each client. Overall good experience and I love my nails read more

Terrible experience today! Very tricky and slippery. Lie about prices of services. Very disappointing. I will never go again.

Dirty salon , Health department should be called . Ann cut my cuticle til it bleed And she is the owner Unbelievable. Was in such a hurry to get to her next customer. I would not recommend this salon .Hopefully the tools she used was cleaned read more

I have been going here for several years and in the past year have gone down to very poor service and work. I recently had a pedicure and manicure and was one of he worst that I ever had service ever. Had to tell the tech what to do. Never cleaned the nails on pedicure. Never cleaned under the nails. On the manicure never soaked my nails. Had me dip my hands in cold water for 30 seconds. Also never really cleaned the nails. The tech rushed through like he was in a hurry Will never go back. I felt ripped off. It is too bad because Ann works hard to keep things going. read more

It has changed for the better. the atmosphere is alot better and a welcoming place. They all do a great job and very detailed with what you want. I am so happy to come in there and feel welcomed. read more

Nail tech was extremely rude. Laughing and showing my nails to other techs. Believe the reviews.

Only place in the WRV I get acrylics done. I always get tons of compliments and they hold up incredibly well with everything I put them through - mountain biking, skiing, lifting. Ann works incredibly hard and does a great job! Even got my wedding nails done here. read more

Very disappointed. Pedicure was rushed. Nail polish job was horrible. Asked them to fix it and not much was made better. read more

Extremely disappointed with my nails. The dip nail service I received is the worst nail job I've ever gotten. The pedi was also the worst, no massage, no real scrubbing, cold water and it took me multiple times of asking to get warm water. 95 dollars later....never going back. read more

Extremely disappointed. I got a powder dip and they started chipping after a few days. I have chipping on both hands. I've been to many salons because we travel full time. Some salons cut corners, this is the result. Go somewhere else. read more

Even though the staff is nice, the service is bad. I have been here 2 times, to give them the benefit of doubt, both times different staff took care of me for a mani/pedi and both times I have been disappointed. Nails for mani not shaped right and cuticle not cleaned. Pedi nail color that I picked was misplaced by staff, then found, when I realized the color that was applied to my toes, it wasn't even close to what I picked. To irritated to say anything at that point. read more

This was the first time I went to the salon. I asked for manicure and then for them to touch up my gel on the nails and polish. My technician took off the old polish, reapplied new gel and painted. I looked at him and said, aren't you going to cut my cuticles and trim my cuticles? He said oh sure, and pulled out the scissors. Never put my hands to soak in the water and cut my cuticles. As you can see, my left index finger was Cut Too deep and it's bleeding and it's now infected read more

I have an ingrown toenail, and usually after a pedi it feels great. This time my toe wasn't hurting before the pedi, but now is hurting so I am guessing she doesn't have much experience. And the toenail polish has already come off one toe within 24 hours. read more

Amazing salon! Workers are very kind and friendly. They do their absolute best even when it's busy; almost every time i've come in they're busy but they attend to you very quickly! My daughter went in to have her nails done , busy week ahead , paid $75 bucks , to get uneven nails, not shaped the same , ragged edges , acrylic not even up to cuticles , nail glue left on fingers ! She left very upset , I called to let them know the situation, They said they would fix them but would take 2 hours ! I let them know that was not an option , she was leaving out of town , we asked for a refund , daughter went back in to get a refund , where she was asked to sit down , they clipped her nails off to the end of her fingers , she let them Know that it was hurting to have the thick acrylic clipped off . This is ridicules and unprofessional !! read more

The place is filthy and the folks that work there as unfriendly as can be. I paid $80.00 for a crappy pedicure and the worst, so called, manicure ever. My nails were uneven with ragged edges and cuticles, and after buffing and placing gobs of oil on them, said I was done. Never again! read more

Wow, amazing service overall. They really prioritize their customers! My mom and I were passing through town and desperately needed a mani pedi for an upcoming wedding. They were pretty booked but Jenny was able to squeeze us in for shellac pedis, and they ended up squeezing in some quick manis as well! Tran and Myle did a lovely job on our nails, and we were only there for about an hour. We didn't feel rushed, and the ladies were so sweet We were so impressed - I'd definitely recommend this nail salon. Thank you ladies for being so sweet and accommodating! read more

$70 for poor manicure and pedicure without polish. Felt dirty afterword as both technicians did not refresh towels to clean my hands and feet. Also, if massage is included it shouldn't feel like your fingers and toes are being lightly jacked off. It was so weird. I just can't believe they think their prices are fair. Do better. read more

my nails were breaking a week later...acrylics. I never have this happen...and the nail person did them way too thick and kept making them pointy even after seeing what shape they were...and my asking her to square then round the edges...communication an issue...also no cuticle repairing..which is usually normal during this process...not a lot of choices here!! frustrated read more

Would give 0 if I could. Flew thru the pedicure, my toes look worse. Super bummed. Please stop over booking yourselves and actually put effort into your work. read more

This place gave me the worst set of nails I have ever seen. Each nail a different shape than the next, uneven surfaces and way too thick. The technician put three layers of gel over acrylic. I thought I could live with it until my husband saw them and asked if I did them myself and that it might be better to go to a professional. When I phoned the manager she said to come on in and she would take them off and put on new ones and make it right. But when I arrived she said she'd just leave them on and "fix" them and then started furiously filing at the sides of the nails, cutting into my finger and nail bed. When I asked her to stop she got angry with me. I told her I didn't want her to continue and started to walk out. She then stopped me and brought me over to another customer to try to shame me. So inappropriate, unprofessional and rude. In hindsight, I should have stuck with In And Out Nails in Ketchum (the best) and waited until I could get in. Lesson learned. read more

Ok, I have tried the salon 3 times and I truly believe they are only still open because they are only nail shop in town. Terrible job, they go so fast to get you in and out, The lotion is watered down, I looked at my hands on the way home and they were dry and cracked already. Never a smile and never a thank you. I made my appointment for a person that was referred to me and when I got there she wouldn't even look at me and I was stuck with another person that I never would have seen. They told me I did not have a appointment with the other person, just wanted to fill their hours so lied and put me with someone else. If I had not needed a manicure so bad I would have walked out. It's just a creepy place. read more

I have been going to Saigon for years. The experience and outcome has never been exceptional but they got the job done, especially in the winter. One of the big problems is that they over-book, so making an appointment is no guarantee that they will be prepared to take you in one time. When I was there the other day, 4 people came in and said they had reservations at the same time and all the ladies were in the middle of taking care of customers who had come in earlier. They were not close to being finished. I was 1/2 hours delayed, which is not unusual at Saigon Nails. If your time isn't an issue and you are willing to wait, they will fit you in eventually. They have someone new who doesn't seem to be well-trained. I feel like I need another mani-pedi tomorrow and I was there yesterday. Ask for someone who has worked there for at least a year. read more
