Sahar was exceptional. What is usually a stressful and difficult process was made so much better with having Sahar by my side. I have very high expectations and I am generally wary - but Sahar put my mind at ease and within minutes I knew I was dealing with an expert and also someone that I could genuinely trust. Sahar took the time to really know me as a client so that she could then best find appropriate properties for me - she knew all the right questions to ask and was always ten steps ahead of me. Like a swan on a pond - I knew that when she was presenting me with options for places to look at that she had thoroughly been researching and due diligence and racing around to investigate and view these properties. Sahar's knowledge of the market, prices and also the legal landscape was first rate - she is an excellent negotiator - she is firm but also has the ability to build rapport with the other side which I think helps get the deal done. Even though I am just a renter Sahar treated me like a 20m buyer/seller - in the short term I am looking to buy and I will most definitely be looking to engage Sahar - I would not want anyone else by my side/in my corner! She is responsive, knowledgeable, professional and also just super pleasant/fun to spend time doing something that can be very time consuming - what a great human / broker! read more

Sahar is wonderful to work with. She is attentive and detailed oriented. She genuinely cares about her clients having a great experience finding & getting a New York apartment. I found an apartment online that I loved, which connected me with Sahar. She was actually the broker representing the apartment and wasn't representing me. I was out of state at the time, so I could not attend the apartment's open house in person. Sahar FaceTimed me and sent me a video of the place. I had never met her before, but she went out of her way to ensure I was able to see the place and successfully secure the apartment. I've worked with a bunch of brokers in NYC, who feel they can treat you however they want due to the NYC demand, but Sahar is not that like that at all. She ensured she addressed all of my questions and concerns. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive & seamless experience. I highly recommend working with Sahar! read more

From the moment I met Sahar Aubon, I felt we had hit the jackpot! Poised, extremely quick to act and so professional. We were thrown a curve ball, twice, during the the sale process of our NYC Coop. Sahar marketed it perfectly, had 3 offers within 48 hours and we thought "how easy"! We then discovered that the permits had never been closed out, so Sahar's work was doubled. Then the Board refused our buyer, for no reason, and Sahar did not back down and was able to negotiate a "yes" from the board if the buyer agreed to pay cash. Sahar not only masters her trade, but she puts her heart and soul in everything she does. Without ever flinching or complaining. Simply Stellar! read more

We recently had the pleasure of working with Sahar to purchase a co-op in New York City. She came highly recommended to us by my husband's coworkers. We were very pleased that we chose her to help us find a new home. She responded right away to our messages and spent many long days showing us properties. She recommended a wonderful and thorough inspector and was at the appointment with us asking questions that we had not even thought to ask him. I highly recommend her for your next home purchase. We have worked with several real estate agents in the past and I have to say she is one of the best. She is very professional but also extremely friendly and kind. read more

I had a great experience working with Sahar to buy my first home. She was incredible - very thoughtful and patient with me through the process, taking video tours for me when I was out of town, and helping me pull together my co-op package. Sahar is a superstar agent that goes above and beyond for her clients 1000%. I was a very high maintenance client, as I was making a back and forth cross country move, during Labor Day Weekend mind you, and Sahar was so instrumental in making it as smooth as possible for us. She viewed apartments for me in person while having me on FaceTime, and spent her holiday weekend faxing lease agreements, arranging meetings with the broker, and got me moved in on a holiday! She's truly a "nothing's impossible" kind of girl you want on your team, I'm super grateful for her help. read more

I could not recommend Sahar Aubon more as an agent for your next move. She is incredibly responsive, well organized, and professional. Sahar helped to coordinate every facet of the move from interactions with the landlord, assembling my package to the building's board, and facilitating my actual move (keys, payments, apartment cleaning, etc.). Moving in NYC is typically a very painful process (I've done it over 7 times) and this move was by far the smoothest thanks to Sahar. read more
