Meet the Business Owner: Scott S.
Dr. Strasburger is an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and has been practicing medicine for over 22 years.
Dr. Strasburger is originally from Holdrege, NE and received his bachelor's degree in life sciences from Nebraska. He played football for the Cornhuskers and was a third-team All-American and a two-time All-Big Eight selection at Nebraska. Strasburger was also an academic All-American and earned the National Football Foundation and Hall of Fame Scholar-Athlete Award and postgraduate scholarship in 1984. He was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in 1985.
Dr. Strasburger attended the Nebraska Medical Center School of Medicine and served a surgical internship at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis. Strasburger returned to Tennessee for his orthopaedic residency and received advanced training at the world-renowned American Sports Medicine Institute in Birmingham, Alabama.
