Since I didn't do research on what were the payment methods, I wanted to pay with a credit card to build up cash back but, if it was card, it had to be debit. Sure it was not much what I was putting in but my employer was contributing dollar for dollar up to 5%. I left that company and never touched the money. Now that I have one foot in the grave I reached out to them to discuss my money. I was assigned a great gentleman named Richard. Yes, they charge a fee. But I don't mind as long as I'm making money. Richard was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions. I ended up adding a little more money to my account and I've seen a good return I believe it's right around 10%. I have not been into the actual location but I have turned my family over to Fidelity. Prior to Fidelity I reached out to Fisher investments and they turned me down because I had "too little money". Fidelity has never made me feel bad about how much or how little I'm able to add to my portfolio. Additionally they offer a regular account with a much higher interest rate than your regular bank.
