What a positive experience! I assumed that it would be awkward for all parties but it was super cool. Very professional but also laid back and easy to chit chat and make the time go by. It is fast and the pain is not bad (and I am a notorious wuss). Most importantly the results were awesome. I will never go back to my previous hair status knowing what I know now. I have been going here about once a month-ish for over a year. I have had a wax done by everyone. Valerie is my regular but if I am in a pinch for scheduling I go with any of the other gals. I have experienced great results by each. I tell anyone who is interested in this service about this place because I truly think it is the best around. One last thing--the finipil is really great. I always use it and never get the undesired but sometimes common after effects.
