This was an exceptionally dry year and not much mowing was needed. They applied the pre-emergent fertilizer too late and we had more weeds than we've ever had. I don't think they applied all the fertilizer treatments either, they didn't put out flags. When I asked him about getting a fair refund he was extremely unprofessional. He never returns messages either. He only returned $2200 out of the $6000 with some lame excuse of it being an annual contract for our HOA , which was BS. Snow removal is a much larger portion of our service and they hardly had to mow either!
