They accommodated some last minute travel conflicts and helped me make it to my friend wedding in the nick of time! The rooms are perfectly decorated to feel unique and cozy but not overdone. The floor plan is extremely clever because they utilize a slat wall to separate the bathroom area from the room, with the tv mounted flush. This design eliminates wasted space and creates a circular flow to the room which made it feel much more spacious. The rules were lax, in that they let adults be adults as long as they act like adults. The staff was attentive and the amenities in my room were luxurious and some were even complimentary. It's easy to get to the Main Street in town and central to all the best beaches. Great for instagram photos too! Definitely enjoy a stay here and you won't be disappointed. Our accommodation was situated on the third floor, which was ideal, featuring a king-sized bed, a television, and a bathroom equipped with a spacious soaking tub. Each morning, we enjoyed a complimentary breakfast that included eggs, yogurt, fruit, pancakes, coffee, tea, and more. This meal was available in a cozy dining area or could be served in our room. Additionally, there is a small snack area accessible throughout the day. The Inn itself exudes the charm of a bygone era and is well-maintained. The staff consistently demonstrated friendliness and attentiveness. The Inn is conveniently positioned within walking distance to downtown and other attractions. Overall, it was a delightful stay.

We only stayed one night and I called ahead to see if we could check in early. This isn't like a regular hotel, and there isn't someone there to assist you 24 hours, but I still thought it was odd they didn't answer their phone at 10 am. We got there around 11 and were told we could not check in early, but they did end up letting us check in about an hour early at 2 when we came back a second time. The girl at the front desk (maybe the owner) was nice but not very enthusiastic when we inquired about places in the area to check out. Seemed like she couldn't be bothered. The property itself is pretty (includes nice outdoor scenery, pool, large chess board, and benches/chairs for lounging), but you can tell that the buildings are a little run down. I liked that each room is like a studio, and comes with an almost full kitchen. I also liked that it includes the balcony and free wifi. The room itself was freezing when we walked in, but it did have a large noisy heater that eventually warmed the room up. I chose the queen size bed option, but it also had a single bed in there as well for some reason. The beds were kind of comfortable but REALLY noisy. Like if you get up to go to the bathroom the whole bed squeaks. I also have to say that the coffee they give you in the room is awful. Overall, this isn't a bad place to stay but I do have to admit it is kind of dated and run down.

He was…read morealways difficult to respond to calls, texts, email etc. I have tried any way possible to get in touch with him for the past month. I finally sent Jason a letter of termination. The problem is that he collected rent for the month of Nov on Dec 16 and has not sent it to me and obviously not responding. Looks like he just changed the name of the business from Rental options LLC to now All island property options. I even tried to get in touch with him through another realtor he works for ( exit Home Realty) without success Now I am left to sue him for the rent money he collected and never sent. BE WARE!! Unfortunately there is nothing lower than 1 star.

He owes me a few thousand dollars but I am unable to contact him. I am intending to file police report for theft and hire an attorney to sue him.
