They were at it for quite a few hours and the guys doing an excellent job of cutting, collecting and grinding tree parts in the hot sun. Anyway, I took down their details and gave them a call about a few big trees we had that needed trimming. After reaching out I received a reply within 15 minutes. The price they gave me was competitive and fair. It took some time to get the crew lined up to do the job, but when they arrived they were right on time and they did solid work. And actually this wasn't an easy job. It was very challenging due to the height of the trees, which was around 50 feet each. I also want to mention how good the team was. They were hard working, dedicated and thoughtful and I really appreciated the care they took in both trimming and tidying up. They actually did such a good cleanup, you would never have known a tree service was done. This company more than exceeded my expectations. Five stars. Would absolutely recommend.

Never have I felt so angry at a vender. I liked BAM they sold me. I signed up for my service…read morecontract, and have been their client for over 2 plus years. Recommended them to several of my friends. Boy was I wrong. My air conditioner stop working on a hot Friday night. So I called for service. They responded on Saturday, Their repair man took apart the entire system and after he checked inside and out he realized that we still did not have power. He then checked my circuit breaker panel and realized that one of my circuit breakers were loose. He made sure it was all the way over. His bill was for over 500 dollars. 150 for the service call. 200 dollars for Saturday and 175 dollars for electrical work??? What's worse was was the air conditioning system still didn't work. The owner Ward called me Sunday to let me know he would only send a repairman if I was willing to pay another 300 dollars for a part that his repair guy noted could be a problem plus another service call fee. Incredible A top notch Electrican came because the part his repairman said it probably was I could not buy in Home Depot or True Value. He required this piece to fix my unit (it is only there for the air conditioner company to shut the system from outside) Not needed My Electrican retired and could not fix it. He got a friend of his who knew air conditioning. It turns out that a wire inside the unit was disconnected. How did that happen? My wife has called BAM three times with no answer. Do not use them.
