You get a fuel discount here from shopping at City Market, which is absolutely awesome- you can save up to .30 per gallon. This branch has pretty good coffee, it seems to be made fresh and rotated on a regular basis. Like all Loaf & Jug stores, they carry a selection of name brands as well as Kroger products. We like the recurring deal here on Haribo candy- 2 for $3.00 Yay for Haribo specials! Staff are super friendly, and always greet us warmly when we come in.

This benefits not only truckers but area hikers& campers , Renaissance Fest workers,& Rv folk who stay at the nearby Walmart too . They also have a book exchange" library" in memory of a nice clerk that worked there " forever". I think that is really cool . It would probably be a good ,safe place to catch a nap on a road trip. The clerks here always seem helpful. The one negative is there is ONE TOILET IN THE LADIES ROOM !?! If there are that many gas pumps ,there should be more toilets . It can be a really frustrating place to stop because of this. I avoid getting gas here sometimes because a line for the toilet can add 15 or more minutes to a pit stop here .
